  • With your weight centred over the middle of the board, ride straight on to the box.

  • As you get on to it, start to turn your body to the left (right for right-foot forward riders), centring your weight over the arch of your front foot as you go so you don't catch your heel edge or slip out.

  • Your body should be at roughly 90˚ during the slide but you should keep looking over your shoulder so you can see the end of the rail coming.
