The three parts of the plan
The SHIFT56 System is based on three of the most important factors behind achieving greater health and happiness: exercise, eating and journaling. In this exclusive extract you’ll focus on the exercise and eating elements to start shifting belly fat fast, while adding lean, hard muscle mass across your body.
