After all your hard graft hard in the gym and all that clean eating during the week, the time has come to reward yourself with the ultimate cheat day meal. With the help of our Kitchen Coach Richard Coates, co-founder of Bodean's BBQ joint, we've cooked up our ideal blow-out dish - this ridiculously awesome turbo hot dog:
Step 1: Grill a sausage and a rasher of bacon.
Step 2: Slip sausage into bun and place bacon on top of sausage.
Step 3: Stuff a load of pulled pork on top and in the sides.
Step 4: Pour some chili con carne over the pulled pork. (Getting a bit mental here.)
Step 5: Top the chili with some grated cheese.
Step 6: Grill it all for a bit (at least until the cheese melts).
Step 7: Top with chili con queso.
