Men's Fitness Friday Challenge 24/12/10

Not the hardest Friday Challenge, this. But we've put you through hell more than a couple of times and feel you deserve a break during this most festive of weeks. That's not to say it's a doodle though – go for it and you'll certainly get a proper workout from it but you probably won't want to punch us at the end of it! Here's how the 44th Friday Challenge works…
Do the following moves as fast as you can…
- 100 rope turns
- 1km sprint
- 2km cycle
