Ross Pearson's UFC fight strength workout
Here's one of the strength workouts Ross Pearson uses to get ready for the Octagon.
'I go into every fight like it’s the most important fight of my life,' says UFC lightweight Ross Pearson. 'I love training anyway and I’d really throw myself into this workout, but the fight’s what helps me stay focused.
'I’ve always wanted to be the best fighter I can. When I was a kid, I wanted to get a black belt in every martial art and I got one in tae kwon do and a brown in judo.
I always want to fight the best guys. If I could fight anyone, I’ve always said that I’d like to fight Georges St-Pierre, because I’d like to see what I could do against the best in the world. I’m not saying that I think I could beat him – I’d just like to fight him for the experience.'
