Reps : 20 (10 each side)
Lunge woodchop, step 1
- Stand in a split-leg stance and hold a dumb-bell in both hands over one shoulder.
Lunge woodchop, step 2
- Keeping your back straight, step forward into a lunge and chop the weight down and across your body.
- Keep your feet pointing forward and don't let your front knee go past your foot.
- Repeat to the other side.
