Lucy Miller was the fitness and nutrition editor of Men’s Fitness UK between 2008 and 2010 (Men’s Fitness UK, formerly a sister title of Coach). Prior to that role, Lucy qualified as a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
Lucy went on to work on the staff of various titles, including two stints as the fitness editor of Health & Fitness UK magazine, and write for newspapers such as Metro, consumer magazines including Glamour, and online publications such as Fit & Well and Live Science.
Before embarking on her career in media, Lucy won three national gymnast titles.
